Nelly shares with us her first attempts at bicycle travel and reveals how she prepared for this adventure, both physically and materially, choosing her route to favor flat roads and relying on the advice of other cyclists.

In the course of her account, Nelly talks about the challenges she faced, the enriching encounters she had with the inhabitants of the countries she crossed, and the many and varied joys she encountered on her journey. An enthusiastic testimonial from a sportswoman!
