- Ideally, you should schedule your workout after an endurance run, when your muscles are already warmed up. This maximizes the benefits.
- Avoid intense strength training the day before a long run or interval training session, to give your muscles time to recover.
- If you haven’t been jogging beforehand, a joint warm-up (rotating your ankles, knees, and hips) for a few minutes is essential.
Prioritize technique over intensity
Form is the top priority: it’s better to do a few repetitions with proper form than too many with poor form. Learn each exercise correctly before increasing the intensity, and remember to exhale during the effort (the most difficult part of the movement) and inhale as you return to the starting position. Progress should be gradual; avoid suddenly increasing the number of sets or repetitions.
Listen to Your Body and Manage Fatigue
Muscle soreness is normal, especially at first. It usually goes away after 48 hours. But sharp or persistent pain should be a cause for concern. - Hold at the top for 2 seconds, then lower yourself slowly

- Supporting oneself on the forearms and the tips of the feet
- Elbows are below the shoulders, eyes looking toward the floor

- Weeks 3–4: Increase to 3 sets with the recommended number of repetitions.
